Living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are two things that are very important to me. I enjoy an active lifestyle and I need the right fuel to support my favorite outdoor activities. As a vegetarian, it is sometimes challenging to find the right sources of protein to help me stay energized through the day. I have decided to brush up on my cooking skills or rather develop them, to help keep me healthy and happy. My posts are dedicated to my cooking progress and reflections on the recipes I try. I may have some help along the way. Bane may not be a vegetarian, but he will be my assistant chef for many of my recipes.
