Origami Hobby Post #4 -Rose

Upon reflecting on my post number 3, the  Ninja Star I found myself remembering a somewhat nostalgic fold, a friend of mine by the name of Jayda Lee called it the "Rose". I am going to try and explain the folding process as best as I can because this is a really cool "fold"

Start off with the "ninja star" I made in post number 3
Fold the "points" onto themselves. Forming a square.

From that square, Fold the left and right edge to the middle. This should be like making an airplane.

From here "open the fold" but do not in-crease it.

Simply repeat this to all sides to get this really awesome rose effect. Special thanks to Jayda Lee!
